How to Submit a Support Ticket

1. Open the Hesk ticketing system portal. You can access the portal using your phone or another computer if necessary.

2. Click on "Submit a ticket".

3. Select the department that related to your issue.

4. Fill in the form, making sure your email address is correct, and click on "Submit Ticket".

5. Done, you have successfully submitted a support ticket. Please wait for related staff to attend to your issue.
